Barbara and her staff at Beneficial Insurance agency are top notch! You are not just another policy to them, you are a friend! The follow up is amazing as Barbara tries to get you the best rates with each renewal. She truly cares about her clients and looks out for their needs! Also, Barbara will go to bat for you. Our son is on deployment with the Army National Guard and in the beginning, his car insurance was at risk of being dropped and the second time, he was at risk of losing his military discount upon renewal. Barbara went straight to the insurance commissioner to make sure he wasn’t dropped the first time and then to the higher ups at the insurance company to make sure he kept his military discount. Barbara has your back!!!!! She has also been amazing in walking me through the process of signing up for Medicare. So knowledgeable!!!! Absolutely my go to!!!!
