Tony and Ethan provided quick professional and immediate support when my laptop motherboard was fried. Troubleshot it….. quick solution to save files and was on my way in < 1 HR. HIGHLY recommend them. Worth the 25 min drive from BRLA!

I'm 70 yo retired & technology ignorant...... In December my 8 yo iPad stopped working. They said I needed a new battery that they did replace. On Sunday it went off completely, I couldn't get it to come on at all. Very frustrated I assumed it had finally died & went to Best Buy & ordered a new iPad. On Monday I decided to take a chance & see if I Fix It Central could at least power it up so I could try to backup my important information to the Cloud. Well the owner Tony got the power on & it seems the only thing wrong was I needed to add storage. He was SO helpful & patient with me, showing me exactly what I needed to do & didn't charge me anything. Needless to say, I will recommend them to anyone I know & I'll be a repeat customer!!! He saved me a TON of money, I'm returning ordered iPad. THANK YOU!!!
