“I was able to.get a same day appointment (on Mardi Gras day) even though I was not a pre-existing client. This was very important to me because my cat was showing signs of a possible UTI on a day that other vets were closed. Front desk staf was very positive and friendly. The vet tech was very gentle and thorough, and the vet was amazing. I was also excited to learn that acupuncture services are available. Hours are the best I've seen anywhere, I was very impressed, and will continue to utilize Lafayette Veterinary Care for my pets.“

Thanks to everyone at congress animal hospital, my puppy is doing so much better, and back to her usual self! They worked with me on price, and were very helpful the whole way. Dr. Jake is a good man, cares about the animals hes working with, and is very knowledgeable! I couldn't recommend this veterinarian clinic more! “I have been coming here for several years now. What enticed me to begin here was knowing they specialize in cats rather than just treat cats in addition to other animals. Cat people just KNOW other cat people in a way some can't relate with and that makes me feel better about the choice of here. My cat Lor is a very sweet baby but he also has a lot of anxiety around people and of course, going to the vet like many cats do. They do their best to make sure he is not overwhelmed with his visit. He has been here for annual vaccinations such as rabies shots, dental cleanings, stool samples, blood work ups, flea/heart worm preventative recommendations, anxiety med recs like gabapentin and more.Dr. Jasmine is a very nice vet and seems to remember all her kittys she deals with and I know there are a LOT. I have a co-worker who has also been bringing her kitties here for many years and speaks highly of this practice and the people here. I really like the option that this place gives of allowing communication through email or text because sometimes during work days, it is hard to take a call or reach out so this makes things much smoother in those cases. Thanks for all you guys do and Lor thanks you too even if he doesn't always show it the best way :)“

“I literally can't give this place enough stars! I brought my baby, Valentino in on Saturday for severe dehydration and what they believed was pancreatitis. When he didn't get better by the next day after being on fluids all day and night Saturday into Sunday evening they checked him again and discovered a blockage. Very long story short they kept the hospital open and all stayed at work way longer than they were supposed to, went a whole day with no sleep just do a surgery that saved my baby's life. I'm so thankful for their team. They treat your fur baby like they are their baby too and not just some pet or animal. Dr. Moreau, Chloe, Emaline, Sarah and the rest of the staff are literally the epitome of excellence in every way. I thank God for them!“

“Best Veterinarian in Lafayette and surrounding area for BIRDS. There aren't many vets that really know what they are doing with avians, but Broussard Clinic is one of the few and the best. I recommend this vet for all parrot and bird owners. A vet that knows birds vs. a vet that is only guessing could be the difference between life and death for a pet as delicate as a bird. Myself and a co-worker who both own parrots have brought our birds here and have been very pleased with the knowledge of the staff, especially Dr. Marullo. I took off one star on the review only because the front desk staff can sometimes be a bit short with you and rude especially on the phone, but the Dr. is super great.“

“Dr. Guidry does a great job taking care of our small herd of four pugs and two cats. I highly recommend him for any pet owner.Edit: Dr. Guidry is not going to diagnose your animal with a certain affliction to appease your concerns. If he knows what is wrong he will tell you, if he doesn't he will recommend you someone that may be able to help.That level of honesty is appreciated by me tremendously.“
