My husband and I were traveling to Texas in our Class A motorhome and we were on the bridge on I-10 going over the Mississippi River. Just as we cleared the top, my husband announced he had lost power steering, brakes, and the engine temperature was climbing. The traffic was heavy, but he managed to pull off the road just past a merge lane. In spite of having roadside assistance, we waited nearly 7 hours for a tow. We found Powerhouse RV Center by searching online for a shop that could handle what my husband had determined was a fan belt. The owner was WONDERFUL!! First, I would like to truly Thank Wayne and his whole team for getting us in and out in just a couple of days. We had a DEF Head go out on our way from New Iberia to our next location on our trip. We got a few codes on our Entegra Anthem Class A coach; we call Wayne, and he said come on over. We pull in sometime after lunch and they immediately put us in the first bay and started diagnosing the issue. By the end of the day, they did determine it was the DEF head. It was too late to order, so they order it the next morning NDA. The next morning when the part came in, they had the new DEF Head installed and was running it through... read full review

Absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service we received at Powerhouse RV! We dropped off our camper trailer last Monday, expecting to wait until the following week for repairs to be complete, but to our sirprise, my wife received a call that same Friday letting us know it was ready for pickup! Not only did Powerhouse RV complete the repair within the week, but they also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. The shop's owner Walter was an absolute pleasure to work with.
