I haven't had any work done by Passion and Home Design, but they were contacted by my metal building manufacturer to certify the building. For background the building wasn't built to the generic drawings that were provided for permitting. The manufacturer wanted them to certify that the building, as built, was sufficient for the design. I spoke with Trevor about the project and his professionalism, and integrity really stood out to me. The requirements he needed to certify the building told me, this is a firm that does their due diligence. If their work is commensurate with their professionalism, I think they would be a bargain at any price and are worth a look for any project you consider.
