Everything was great except the girl at window when I walked in she saw me never said a word to me continued to write her paper and then she finally said can I help you. Thought that was rude she could have said I will be right with you or something. Everything else was great
I went in for poison ivy. I seen and diagnosed quickly. The NP, Angie even called me within a few minutes to inform me that the product I was using was most likely causing an allergic reaction in addition to poison ivy and an infection. I sm very greatful for Angie investigating further for my care.
My experience at urgent care was very good. I appreciate the empathy shown to me at a time when I need them most. I want to thank all of the staff for their loving kindness. God bless you all?
