“Alan Langley from the Lafayette office originally came out to do a free assessment of my roof about a year ago. He was very accommodating to my schedule, honest, and did not pressure me into a decision. When I had a tree fall on the house after a storm in May, Alan was one of the first people I reached out to. He was quick to respond throughout the process and very easy to work with. I appreciated the time he took to explain and walk me through every step, addressing any concerns I had throughout the process while we worked with insurance. The day of the re-roof, we had a few hiccups but both Alan and the project manager, Grant Boudreaux, kept in touch with me and provided solutions.
