What a professional, knowledgeable group of men!! Horrible leak and mess from old unit upstairs was discovered downstairs. They showed up amazingly fast, diagnosed issues, searched for unit that would fit in this older home. Then, the following day, Sunday morning, a team of guys showed up and went to work. They covered floor areas, were considerate in every way. I've only been in Lafayette a few years, but have not encountered such nice, professional folks as these Butcher A.C. workmen. Hate when the AC goes out but I know I’m in good hands when it does. Butcher has serviced my old home and now my new home. I’ve always received same day service and quick repair. Great people that have earned my business time and time again. Reasonable pricing, good response time, and fast repair. What more could you ask for?
