“I went to them with an urgent matter. I was in town camping. Registration was super easy. You have to either pay ahead or leave a credit card on file until they can file with your insurance. The PA was kind and explained everything in detail and suggested we see my primary within 2 days of my visit but felt that it should start to clear up before that. The staff was friendly and very helpful.“

“We are not a patient of SOLA, but Dr. Ricky Pratt is the dr on call and one year old has COVID. Dr. Pratt answered my many phone calls & many questions to avoid going to the hospital with my son. He had a lengthy conversation with me to help ease my first time mom anxiety and help explain to me what to be aware of & what to look for to know if we must visit the ER. I am very thankful for him & I feel so much better since speaking with him! Thank you so much! If I ever need to switch pediatricians, he will be first on my list!“

Buuutttt…if you gotta do it and get the good ol’ plumbing checked out, this is THE place. Also, tell them you don’t want the go lightly, because you will NOT go lightly at all.
