I have never had to call an inspector prior to this experience, usually the bank took care of this type situation. Randomly and luckily I called Gary Vallery. This was an educating experience on the process from the other side, thank you Gary. After our meeting, I felt very up to date in regards to the property, had suggested options and felt as though Gary put me in the right direction. Easy to talk to, on time, available for any further concerns and just a NO HASSLE process with Vallery Home Inspections. Highly Recommend.

Mr. Vallery inspected a home that I made an offer on. He went through it with a fine tooth comb! I asked him to inspect it as if he were going to purchase it and he did just that. His keen eye caught several minor issues and helped to inform my decision! Highly recommended!
