If i could put 0 stars I would. So i’ll give my 1 star to the nurse. The nurse was so sweet my first visit. The front office staff needs a reset. The lady at the right window is very rude. Do not ask any sort of questions or try to lift her with kindness, because she doesn’t care at all. Slamming windows, combative, and has the biggest attitude. I thought she was just having a bad day first visit since she said she was by herself and never has help. Today, she’s still acting unhappy. Several patients were talking about their experience not being satisfactory due to the lady at the front.

While waiting for several hours with pneumonia symptoms, I gave the front deck a left of my symptoms. I could literally hear them making fun of me saying I “be doing too much” by listing more than one symptom. I went back up there to say. “I’m sorry if I have too much information. I just want it communicated to the doctors that these same symptoms have not changed in two days.” She smiled and said “we got it thanks.” And started laughing with her coworker and mocking “oh so sorry so sorry.” It was humiliating. They ought to be ashamed of themselves to even call this a work place let alone a work kare...it shouldn't take 3 hours for a drug screen especially when you have an appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody..They were more concerned about their lunch break than the customer's,I can say so much more that's just how terrible this place is. And they made me give them one star by the way. If it were up to me they wouldn't have gotten that
