I started gender transition 7 months ago and I really needed help matching my skin color and finding the appropriate products. Airyana at the Bossier City location was very patient and tried several products and found the perfect match! I was very happy with the customer service I received and will definitely be back.

1:35pm Upon my entry of this beautiful clean location. It was a nice young lady at the door with a basket greeting me with a Awesome smile. How could you not smile back.?Her name started with the letter (A) I preceding to the area of the item I was looking for found it. 1:42pm I Enter the line to check out my cashier was Quinn she greeted me with A- 1 Customer Service. I ask her was she a Lead Cashier, because I'm a employee from another Ulta location and she said yes. I wasn't sure about the price of my item she said let her check and she will honor it without any issues. I went to inquire about a particular brand of haircare products I was interested in. Deanna listened to my wish list of wants and guided me to a better product line. Her knowledge and personal experience saved me time and money. Upon my next visit, Christine assisted me in my purchases and account services.
