Renee is great. She always manages to get me in. I love the way she does my hair. I was upset today to see her beautiful peace lily leave the shop. Her plant was so beautiful and it brighten up the shop. It sat up close to the front next to her station. When you went in you couldn't help but notice it and especially how big and beautiful it was. I will miss seeing it when I go in. Thank you Renee for another great look on me.

I've read several of the comments & I would have to disagree with some. Everyone is entitled to their opinions & truth about their experience. So bare that in mind as you read the reviews then decide if you want to go their not. Here is my experience...... I went there on Monday, Nov. 2, 2020. Everyone was wearing mask doing their part to help contain COVID-19. I was greeted with a "Hello, welcome to Ulta." As I was waiting for my salon service appointment, 3 employees at different times asked me if I needed any help with anything when as I was looking at their products. Ms. Kelly my appointed salon stylist was absolutely wonderful. She gave my her professional opinion about what I wanted to achieve with my hair. So I decided to go a different route with the facts I received from Ms. Kelly. In my opinion I think that I made the right choice because of that. THANK YOU MS. KELLY! MY FIANCÉ LOVES MY HAIR!! Yes it was a little pricey and Ms. Kelly told me that. But you have to understand & take in account why & is it worth it? Yes it was 1000% worth it. Is that saying goes you get what you pay for. This my experience & my truth. With that I give ULTA that day & time 5 stars. Thank you & I hope you're experience goes well as mind did. Stay Safe & Healthy. Please wear your mask I know they're a pain in the rear but you're playing Russian Roulette if you decide not to wear a mask & putting other ppl's lives at risk. That's my opinion and you know what they say about opinions.

After another saloon had turned me away I found Southern Image. This was my first time and I came in as a walk-in and even though it was close to or even past closing time she fixed my hair for me. I was flying out the next day on a trip so this was my only chance to get it done. It was really appreciated. I believe her name was Renee. Will definitely be going back. Thank you.
