We were given the best possible rate in these trying times. They worked very hard to make our dream come true! The processor was extremely efficient and had all of our ducks in a row so that our process went seamless and smoothly. As far as the negative review that I read, That was our transaction and trust me there are two sides to every story. The transaction throughout the whole process was made disturbingly rocky due to lack of communication on the sellers realtor side. Taking days to respond to simple questions, not providing us with documentation requests and demanding things that had nothing to do with us regarding the closing.
