The first impression is everything!! I give this studio an A+. Communicating with my stylist Amber for the first time allowed me to make my choice of service ASAP!!! Amber was extremely nice and very informative concerning my style I was searching for. The vibe at the Roots were amazing and Amber customer service made my experience at the Roots a great one!! I will refer family and friends !!!

I recently visited Organic Roots, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles, instantly making me feel at home. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with beautiful decor and soulful music that sets a positive vibe.
The stylists are true experts in locs and braids. Amber Diggs listened to my vision and brought it to life with such skill and precision. I was amazed at how knowledgeable she was about hair care, offering great tips to maintain my style. Ambers suggestions renewed my spirit and gave showed me that she is a true artist who hones her craft.
