I have to give it up to Cooper in the lab. I am an extremely hard stick and she got me one and done. However, in the 2 times I have gone it's a half day affair. Which, I mean if your a busy practice I get. I haven't gotten any problems with unprofessionalism. Every one seems nice.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and everyone that I encountered after her was very pleasant also. A sweet and kind lady named Kecia was my technician and she took really good care of me. Ms. Kim also administered one of my tests and she was extremely kind. The lights went out while I was there and no one was upset, mad or frantic. I observed two employees discussing the care and concern for a patient. They were discussing how to get the patient what he or she needed (side note: No HIPAA was mentioned or disclosed). Thank you to the employees at this facility for taking good care of Veterans! I went in as a new patient and everyone was so nice and friendly. I was scheduled to see Dr Randy but he was out sick so I saw Dr Daks he was so amazing he listened to me and knew what I needed. I’m so glad I was recommended to come here I will never leave.
