“After talking to Kenzie about providing a consult for an interior design project we set an appointment date and time. At the appointed time, 11am, I received a text that she was running behind and we arranged for her to come by later that afternoon. At 4pm without hearing from her, I texted to ask if she was still coming by with no response. At 6:45pm I finally received a text saying she ran late and she asked if we could reschedule for a following day at 2pm. On the now re-scheduled day and time, she just did not show up. No text, no call, nothing. Just ghosted us with no explanation or apology. We're still waiting to see if she ever acknowledges or apologizes for wasting 2 days of our time. ?“

“They gave me a window time of arrival of 9am-11am. They called me a little before 9 and said they'd be there in 30 mins. I was excited that I didn't have to wait til 11. The 2 young men were very nice and polite. They did a wonderful job!! I would recommend Cooper Flooring to family and friends.“

“I wish I could give a better review but unfortunately I can’t. This is how my bath tub was left on a brand new home that they laid the tile for. I don’t know if this is their responsibility or the builders but nevertheless it should not have ever been presented to me this way!! Notice how only it’s partially grouted. The rest of the bathtub is the same. I do not understand their reasoning for this at all.Update: I am very pleased with how the situation is being handled. The very next day the owner, Maxie went through the trouble to get my phone number and called me. She is doing everything she can to fix the issue that was at hand. She had no idea she had a dissatisfied customer and I am partly to blame for that and my builder is to blame as well. But I really appreciate Maxie coming through to make things right.“

“We have been trying to get someone to come do our floors for almost a year. We decided to call custom interiors in Benton, LA. Dillon helps us put SO much and within a couple weeks we had a crew at the house! They had to removed tile and hardwood so it was a big messy job. They crew was great! The guys were nice and cleaned up well after themselves. They had the whole job done in two days. Dillon was great to update us on when they would be there and check in to make sure things were going good. If we need anymore work done in the future, we will be calling Dillon. Thanks!
