“Unfortunately we came home from a three day weekend trip a week ago, to a mess, our walk in closet fell in from a leak with our ac unit. We came on to a hot mess, our closet fell through. We called our insurance company and they sent Servpro out of Shreveport to come out the very next day. They have been very efficient, Brooke and Anna, they came in and worked fast to fix the issue to get it all dried up, come every day to check on how everything is doing drying up, they want pass it onto the repair crew until they know it’s safe and free of mold, dry etc. Brooke has been very open to my calls, questions, etc. Also we haven’t been able to be there so have given then access to come in and do their job; and that’s hard to just allow strangers to come in, but they or very trustworthy and honest in my opinion. “Started laundry on a Sunday and suddenly my home began to back up. The toilets the tubs, the showers all began to back up.
