We had a problem with our ac after the repair was made and the service manager came out personally to see what he could do. He even came out the next day, which was a Saturday, and made the repair himself. We highly recommend Brooks Heating and Air.
Barry is beyond professional! Whatever he’s getting paid it’s not enough. He made sure everything was working correctly and was so personable. We offered a cold drink because it’s so hot but he refused. Just super nice and wish all service professionals could take some tips from him. I’m going to recommend Brooks to the company I work for.
Excellent customer service and Tech was professional. Annual service plan is affordable and covers my needs. I have a Carrier unit, and they will work with manufacturer for any parts under my warranty. If something isn’t right, they strive to make it right. Many AC companies won’t do that. Highly recommend for servicing your needs.
