Called Monday morning about a gas fireplace repair. Was told the owner does his own scheduling and he'd call that day or the next. Never happened so call again Wednesday and let them know nobody had called. Was told once again that I would be called that day. It's Friday and nothing. Not sure where all the good reviews are from? Save yourself a headache and just don't.

I purchased gas logs over 5 yrs ago and still get so many compliments about how realistic they are. The quality of Brooks products and their outstanding installation and service makes me recommend them to everyone

I have a house built in the 70's. The previous occupant kept dogs and cats in the house. The smell was coming from the hvac and ductwork. My allergies would kick in as soon as I turned on the hvac. I looked around around and got estimates. Brooks fireplace and hvac was very competitive with others in the area. Ronnie and Renee are the real deal. I wanted to get everything replaced before the cold set in. They took care of me very quickly, but they are also very professional and courteous.
