I wanted to take the time to personally say how great the customer service at Audio Concepts is. They are extremly respectful in everything that they do. I cant tell you the amounts of various question i have asked when it came to the audio system in my truck and what all the settings do, but every question i asked was answerd in full and explained to a point where it was understandable. They were able solve various amounts of problems when it came to perfecting the sound in my truck. Not sure what to say that everyone else has not. Great work, Great pricing, no trying to up-sale you. Todd knows his stuff, and then some very knowledgeable and welling. Once you meet him, you'll feel like you have known him. Good dude all around, and if he does not have what your looking for he can help you find it. "GO SEE TODD!" Enough said.

I've never been a customer, but a lot of my friends and family have. This place has been here for a very long time. I'm hoping to send some money their way as soon as I can. But yes, I always reccomend anything that makes the music louder and better!
