My husband and I found Aspire Yoga Center a year ago. We have both enjoyed their heated flow and inferno hot pilates classes so much. This studio is a real gem for Shreveport/Bossier community. I highly recommend their monthly membership!
I was invited by a friend to try a class while I was visiting from out of town. I've never been huge into yoga; I prefer typical strength and cardio work. She said I should give hot yoga a try. It was probably the best yoga class I've ever taken. I could feel my muscles working, and it was equal parts challenging and refreshing. The studio was clean, comfortable, and the instructor gave clear instructions, with mods as needed. I definitely recommend. (Thanks, Michele!!)
Aspire is a great place to grow flexibility and strength with low impact workouts. Pilates/ Kettlebell and fusion classes use weights for a more comprehensive workout. A variety of classes are available to fit your needs and change up your weekly routine. It’s a great community for both men and women to reach their fitness and recovery goals from injuries. Highly recommended joining their monthly membership! Pop up classes add specialty offerings like Glo-yoga, barre and other fun additions to their weekly schedule.
