Amazing customer service! I called for a flower arrangement to be delivered to a friend, it was delivered in less than an hour from the time I called. The lady was so helpful on the phone. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys for amazing service.

What a great experience! Talked to Debbie about sending my Aunt, who is in nursing home, her favorite flowers. I wasn't sure Aunt could receive flowers as she was on hospice. The care and compassion in Debbie's voice came thru the phone as she offered to check with the nursing home on my behalf. She called back to say they could not accept the flowers. Debbie said if she had some beautiful silk flowers, she would offer to make a bouquet of those for my Aunt. How thoughtful. Though I didn't use Town & Country this time, they are now MY florist!! Highly recommend this florist! Our nephew recently passed away and we were not able to attend his funeral in Morgan City so we wanted something special. When I called and spoke to the wonderful people that represent this florist I was highly impressed. The Amazing Grace tapestry was absolutely stunning and beautiful.
