By far the cleanest spa I've been to along with the sweetest most professional staff and newest equipment earn this location 5 stars. If you're anywhere within reasonable driving distance of the Planet Beach in Belle Chasse consider this location!
I do love the convenience of being able to walk in and get service right away at this location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services they have. When I had questions about my account the owner Lauren personally called me to answer everything I asked. The beds could use a bit of an upgrade as one of them has cracks in the plexiglass.
Lauren is very friendly and professional. Did the mystic it was good and also got infared facial with massage chair, enjoyed all services well, just wasn't aware of extra costs from my Groupon until after I arrived and Lauren explained. All in all still a nice experience.
