I've been a customer of Als' going on two decades. Even with how poorly I explain how I want my hair cut; I leave with exactly what I imagined every time. The atmosphere in his shop has always been welcoming. He's extremely professional & personal. He is vocal with customers & employees when it comes to someone speaking disrespectfully in his shop; especially around children & women. He is an all around genuine person!
