Poor communication and no attention to detail unless house on Parade Of Homes. Calls for questions often unanswered. Contract poorly written and ambiguous. Has no problem with leaving work unfinished or encouraging subs to not answer once the house is mostly complete. I will end up having to pay for things that should've been completed in the build. Would not use this builder again or refer anyone.

Chris is the man when it comes to building houses. I considered a plethora of other builders and wound up going with Chris and it was the best decision I've ever made. The craftsmanship and detail that goes into his homes is truly astounding. I had 0 problems/complaints with him during the construction of my home and would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who's looking to build!
