“Shawn was the first hair stylist in my area that I felt welcomed and comfortable to get my hair done with. I looked over reviews and saw how satisfied other customers were so I decided to give a try. Usually I am always worried about getting my hair done by someone else because I have really curly hair and needed a trim VERY bad. I had very dry hair because of my last color and desired a blow soft curl look. Mrs. Shawn executed my request and exceeded my expectations! I am thoroughly satisfied with my results and am going to look forward to keeping her as my hair stylist. I can tell and appreciate the fact that she loves what she does. “EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service.BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues.“

“I cannot express my happiness Virgo Beauty helped me achieve for my wedding day. My bridesmaids and I were booked with Ashley for our hair, and she was the absolute best. I don’t want to share her personal business, but it can attest to how great she was. Ashley had a family emergency, and still managed to show up and do all of our hair to the tee. I express my utmost gratitude for that gesture, I would like to also say how appreciative I am of the owner Baylee. My hair trial was with someone else, and I expressed my concerns with her, to which she immediately rectified the situation. She then booked me with Ashley, who again was great. Our hair lasted all night long, despite the heavy partying, and we came out beautiful in all the pictures. I would highly recommend booking this studio, for their integrity and quality of service.
