After taking a decade off, I started playing tennis again at age 39 and kept getting injured. Josh at Trifecta did a thorough evaluation and gave me a simple stretching and mobility routine. I have not been injured since. Great people, professional, nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I absolutely adore Zana and the whole Trifecta team. The space is so clean, relaxing but energizing, and everyone is always so friendly. The massage itself is top notch- it makes my body rejuvenated and like I actually got a high quality massage. I've used the infared sauna and love it, especially after a massage. Run, do not walk to book your appointment! Your mind and body will thank you!
