After dealing with 2 HVAC contractors for a whole month trying to replace an evap coil, one was assigned to us through a home warranty, who doesn’t want to talk to us until we “accept” the quote (just wanted to talk to someone to explain the quote). The other wouldn’t even return our calls to give a quote after promised the next day. It was a nightmare to say the least.
Then we called Total Comfort and they TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS!!!!! Everyone was so nice and professional. Within a few days, our evaporator coil was replaced. Highly recommend!
Professional and knowledgeable is an understatement. Customer service is unmatched and I can confidently say this company will absolutely not do more than is required just to get an extra dollar. Got my problems fixed that other companies couldn’t. 10/10 recommend!
They installed my two HVAC units while my house was under construction 30 years ago and have done all the maintenance ever sense. Always, always great service and they stand behind their repairs. The downstairs unit lasted 26 years and the upstairs is still the original unit and works great. They will never try to sell or install something you don't need.
