Ms. Alicia was so very helpful and sweet to me. I merely came in to see if she could repair the arm on my glasses, as I really need them to see well and they had been held up by a piece of tape. Not only did she repair them, she went above and beyond by cleaning the lenses, tightening them and getting the goo off from the tape I had used. I was fully expecting to pay and she informed me that it would be no charge. I am so very grateful for her and the kindness she displayed.

The best frame shopping experience I've ever had.The owner and employees are very nice, helpful and very classy, just like the shoppe. They have the largest selection of frames in baton rouge, and they carry all of the good high end quality frames.I purchased three pair of frames using my new eye exam prescriptions (eyemax is just down the street at corporate center).For my computer glasses prescription i went with progressive lenses paired with OVVO titanium metal frames. Super lightweight, strong and no screws at all, so nothing to become loose or fall out. I chose OVVO because i sit in front of computers for 16+ hrs a day and wanted something very light and durable.For my everyday progressive lenses prescription i went with Tom Ford (gloss black) with the distinctive metal T in the hinge. These look very classy and look good with any nice suite or just casual jeans and t shirt.Another pair i purchased was Oliver Peoples Cary Grant estate frames in blue. These are my favorite. Again, these are very classy, distinctive and a fun style.The service was great. Alicia, who works there, probably spent 2 hrs with me as we tried different frames over and checked how they look and fit. They are extremely patient, helpful and kind.Within 10 days I had two of the three frames with lenses. The Tom Ford took an extra week because they were ordered. I really wanted gloss black and they had tortoise in stock. They are fast at getting ordered product. But most frame selections are in stock, they have huge selections.I'm going back to get prescription sunglasses too.
