I don't write reviews very often but I had to today. I booked a virtual tax appointment for a morning around 10:00 a.m. Even though a link was sent to me to join the virtual appointment a session was never created. I waited an hour.. nothing. I proceeded to email Ten40Solutions. Ten40Solutions responded by saying that the website never booked an appointment days after contacting them. The website was having technical difficulties. Why would you leave a link on your website that does not work if your really are a professional accounting firm. Well being the idiot I am I still created a account. Uploaded necessary documents.
