My actual refill was nice but this design is not it. The polish job as you can see is terrible. My nails are lumpy and the design is sloppy. My Birthday is in a few days and I told her that but look at my results. I’m definitely disappointed for 55 dollars that was a refill & 6 fingers designed. I won’t be returning since this what service I received for my hard earn money. Crazy pert is they are really nice people but this isn’t cutting it for my money. Truly disgusted for these nails.

Before she started to do my eyebrows I specifically said, “keep them thick, just clean them up.” She proceeded to make them thin! Not only thin, uneven at that… she had a line, so I guess she was rushing? She should still take her time, and give the customer what they ask for. Do not recommend if you care about your eyebrows!

although they know what they doing, when i asked for gel, the man gave me regular and then claimed that he asked me earlier if i wanted gel and i apologized and said that i probably didn’t understand him, and then he got mad and kept saying omg and gave an attitude and threw the cotton aggressively ??‍♀️Service: Pedicure
