It really seemed like you were discussing a current employee when you said how slow they were, etc. I do believe those conversations(gossip) should be had in private, to avoid this. I just wanted to bring it to light because it did bother me the more I thought about it afterwards. I know as an employee, I appreciate communication. If there is something I can improve on, please pull me aside and have a conversation. The staff has been friendly and my massages top notch! I am pretty picky and love a good deep tissue massage. If you’re looking for that, I highly recommend India!<br><br>I do have a complaint, while I was waiting on my sister to finish getting ready, I was in the little shop area. I was looking around, and the manager(I’m guessing, maybe owner, she was a slim brunette lady) and the receptionist were talking about a fellow coworker. The things they were saying were ugly and giving “mean girl” vibes. I was trying to focus on looking at the products, but they weren’t being discreet at all. If you have an issue with an employee, pull them aside and have a conversation with them. Give them points to work on instead of gossiping in front of customers.“

“Great service. Cody was amazing performing my massage. Great atmosphere, extremely welcoming. The lady at the counter (I forgot her name) was so pleasant and knew exactly who we were upon arrival. They treated us great. The comfort room you relax in before and after the massage is amazing and extremely cozy and relaxing.
