It really seemed like you were discussing a current employee when you said how slow they were, etc. I do believe those conversations(gossip) should be had in private, to avoid this. I just wanted to bring it to light because it did bother me the more I thought about it afterwards. I know as an employee, I appreciate communication. If there is something I can improve on, please pull me aside and have a conversation. I thought you were very nice and informative when discussing the makeup, and I appreciated that so much.

The last two times I’ve been, it has been absolutely amazing! The staff has been friendly and my massages top notch! I am pretty picky and love a good deep tissue massage. If you’re looking for that, I highly recommend India!

I do have a complaint, while I was waiting on my sister to finish getting ready, I was in the little shop area. I was looking around, and the manager(I’m guessing, maybe owner, she was a slim brunette lady) and the receptionist were talking about a fellow coworker. The things they were saying were ugly and giving “mean girl” vibes. I was trying to focus on looking at the products, but they weren’t being discreet at all. If you have an issue with an employee, pull them aside and have a conversation with them. Give them points to work on instead of gossiping in front of customers.“
