They were able to come out next day, and initially gave a 3 hour window of service. But, company was punctual and communicated when field person would be arriving on day of anticipated service. Our problem turned out to be simple, but electrician knew what he was doing. First hour is a flat rate of $115. It doesn't matter if it took 5 minutes or 50 minutes. Would be nice if a discount was given for simpler problems in which technician was in and out in under 5 or even 15 min.
