“I engaged in the YS90 experience and it was truly a constant flow of a hot/high intensity yoga session, which was a great way to start a Saturday morning!After completing such a workout, we flowed into the Restore/Stretch and Cool Down. Each yogi in the studio was given a cool down towel; however, I was the only yogi in the studio that did not receive a cool down towel, which was a bit puzzling for me. Furthermore, I was grateful for the opportunity to be able to engage in a wellness activity.“

“Love this place! I've been a member since the doors opened and it's the one thing I've remained consistent with over the years as far as exercise goes because the heat is so soothing. It's like exercise and a spa treatment in one! I also like that this location has a free weight area and several different options for cardio in the sauna. The owner is super friendly and so is the staff. Nice to have 24 hour access as well.“
