In the past they used to be a lot more consistent. My last 2 pedicures felt rushed and the lady doing my pedicures skipped the massage and hot rocks. I didn’t want to say anything but that’s part of the experience and if I’m paying $75 for a pedicure with gel polish, I want EVERYTHING. I’ve been loyal for 4+ years! Long story short, I tried a new nail salon today and don’t regret it.

The place is relaxed but very nice and clean, all tools are in sealed packages for pedicures, etc. the times I’ve been I’ve been seen in a very reasonable amount of time, and wasn’t kept there forever. The staff is kind and Steven is very good at what he does. I’ve been to many nail salons in New Orleans and Baton Rouge trying to find a tech that could work with my small nail shape and recommend what would look best on my hands and Steven was able to do that. I can honestly say the set I got today has been my favorite set to date, from any shop.

I stopped by Orchid Nail because I had broken two nails and desperately needed a manicure. Melan was wonderful! She styled my nails exactly like I requested and used the two different polish colors to create my “signature color” (now our inside joke) like I like them. I have tried 3 other local salons and this one by far exceeded my expectations. The music and water feature are very relaxing ?!Service: Gel manicures
