Ochsner Health Center - O'Neal

I can't say enough about my stay at Ochsner on O'Neal. I've been coming to this facility since way before it was Ochsner. Nobody wants to be at a hospital, but if you find yourself in need, Ochsner on O'Neal has definitely exceeded my expectations. From the Security guard in the front door of the ER to he Help desk to Triage and back to ER. Cameron, and Chad were excellent and Mike in Ultrasound made it happen!! My Nurses, Georgette and Ricky were very caring and attentive. Last but certainly not least... Wanda, CNA was our favorite. My husband and I got our first Pfizer vaccine at Ochsner on March 26, 2021. There were many signs on the road to direct us to the building. Upon entering there were several health care representatives checking everyone in. We found the check-in to be very efficient. Then after check-in we were asked to wait for someone to come and get us....within less than a minute we were taken to another room to sit and wait for our shot. Within less than approx another 1 - 2 mins we walked across the room and met the person who administered our shot. We had our baby boy here. From the emergency cesarean, to after surgery care, all of the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. We received a card in the mail from our nurses, and it was so personable. We appreciate all the care, attention, and love that was shown not only to us, but to our baby boy. Mrs. Interior, Logan and Mrs. Quinn, yall are doing amazing work and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you Oschner.
