Momentum is the best sports rehab facility in Baton Rouge. Dr. Ashley takes the time to understand where you are hurting and applies cutting edge treatment to get you right. I cannot recommend Momentum enough.

I tell all my friends that having a good chiropractor is a must after turning 30 and Dr. Ashley is definitely good!! Matter of fact she is the best!! I love knowing that when I go in she is not letting me leave until she takes care of my every ache and pain! I love when I go in and she tells me what is hurting before I can just by looking at me! Don't let her size fool you, she may be small but she is mighty!!

The best in the area by far. Dr Ashley and her staff are very knowledgeable, outgoing, and make every visit the highlight of my day. You can tell they all love what they do! If you are experiencing any pain or soreness from exercising or work, Dr Ashley's got your back and will get your momentum going in the right direction! ?

Dr. Ashley Blanche graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic and she is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) with additional certifications in Graston Soft-Tissue Mobilization Technique and Active Release Technique. Momentum Chiropractic & Sports Rehab also offers spinal decompression, deep tissue laser therapy, myofascial cupping, dry needling, and the NormaTec Recovery System. Most insurances are accepted and affordable payment plans are options for patients without insurance. We are conveniently located and have office hours Mon-Thur 8:30-6.
