“The office staff here are very caring and helpful. I was offered a first available appointment or a work in. I took a work in. Three hours after my scheduled appointment time I had had a whole battery of x-rays, seen the nurse, seen the PA, seen the MD, had surgery scheduled and pre-op appointment scheduled with my primary care physician. I cannot imagine why anyone would complain about this office.I sent a message about a refill after surgery and someone called within the hour to confirm pharmacy and next day someone called to make sure I got it.As for Dr Harrod he is very professional and to the point but makes sure you understand and tries to alleviate any fears. I understand why my physician in Lafayette sent me to Baton Rouge!“
