She was attentive, listened to my needs, and searched out areas that needed more work. Jena provided an entirely different experience to my first massage at Serenity. Original Review: I had a prenatal massage yesterday. The atmosphere of the spa is very inviting, clean, and relaxing. The receptionist and therapist were both very welcoming and professional. The therapist made me feel comfortable and asked questions about my desires for the massage. But when it came to the actual massage, I left feeling disappointed. The pressure given during the massage was barely enough to rub lotion in. When I told the therapist I could handle a lot more pressure, she responded, but I could tell no difference in the pressure. So I asked again for a lot more pressure. And again, I could tell no difference. After 60 minutes, I was relaxed, but my back pain and shoulder and hip tightness were unaffected. I probably won’t return to Serenity for fear that I’ll waste another $100 and hour of my time.“

I was driving home crying every day for 3 weeks straight. I went to a chiropractor and was told I had “tech-neck”. He did his thing but there was absolutely 0 relief and the pain was worst. I figured I’d try a massage since it felt good when I massaged my own shoulders. I found message 4 life here on google. OMG best decision I’ve ever made!! After one session I feel 75% relief because there’s a lot of I damage I did to myself that takes time to fix. I’m here for it!
