We were impressed with the degree of professionalism we have seen with the employees at Louis Mechanical. In the last 6 months we have have used this company for two different issues..Each and every employee that came to our home showed respect for our property, kept us informed of the progress, completed the repairs to our total satisfaction and left the work area in pristine condition. We have used several plumbers in the last 20 years and these people are head and shoulders above their competition.We were also kept informed of the schedule and were always made aware of the their arrival timing. I have been a customer for over 40 years. They are competent and skilled. Recently, I had a severe sink leak and all appointments were taken, but when a cancellation occurred, Jennifer was able to send the workers to me. They were pleasant and skillful.
