I was looking to have a digital front door lock installed and the house we had purchased to be rekeyed. I went to the store initially to talk to someone in person and they were super helpful as to what type of digital lock I needed to get to be compatible with the holes cut in the door for the type of lock that was already installed and they were able to schedule someone to come to the house to work on it very promptly. We received a text message when Tom (the locksmith) was on his way. I wasn't able to be there when he arrived but he worked with my wife to swap out the front door lock and to rekey the whole house, and then cut all the keys we wanted.
