Staff refuses to return your repeated phone calls or messages. Caregivers, refuse to cook simple insant meals,talk constantly on the phone to boy friends, ask you for money, don't follow the plan of care, don't assistthe client with simple tasks.However, eventually you will get a competent caregiver, but they don't stay long because they are unhappy with the agency too!

Jane Briscoe and the group from Leading Home Care took care of both my parents since 2016. Very professional & understanding. Would highly recommend them if any of your loved ones are in need of their services.

The clients are such sweethearts. Full of love and kindness. Working with the clients has been the best part. Front desk personnel very professional and kind. The company as a whole has grown over the years and is making improvements. Willing to work with people and their schedules. Nice place.
