Very welcoming staff and patrons, they really take the awkwardness out of starting something new. It feels good to look forward to a workout, and working towards personal goals as well!
Bring my 6 years old son here for summer session and he love it here, the instructor seem to work really well with kids, I can also see drastic different in discipline in kids within a week or two. Not easy task for twenty to thirty 4 to 6 years old kids
