I worked for this company for about six months and my experience with this company is racism. They took me off schedule without an explanation, I was suppose to get paid on holidays and I didn’t and they also wanted me to work 18 hours for 3 days in a row for someone that never showed up for work so in my opinion this is the worst company I’ve worked for
Do not work for any branch of IPSC. Regardless of which city you work in, you will most likely be assigned to a casino where you will be forced to to perform mostly non security duties. You will do very little security work. Instead, you will be handing out Cokes and coffee, waiting on customers, taking out trash, filling ice bins, popping popcorn, changing fountain drink dispensers, cleaning casino and recording numerical readings from video poker machines. I remember one casino where the guards had to walk the manager's dog! You will have all this extra work to do and you will be paid only $8 or $9 per hour. The main guys you want to talk to when you get here, 1st is patrick he's a great instructor has a lot of knowledge about the job and being a security guard then its Bryan leblanc he's in charge of it all great boss really works with those who really wants to work great person to work for and a great company to work with
