I am a small independent rental house property owner. Every year as soon as it gets hot down here in South Louisiana I know that at least one or more AC units will have a problem. Ideal Appliance Parts Inc and a great independent HVAC Tech have relieved my air conditioning worries.One Love

These guys are always very helpful when I come in. I appreciate you taking the time to help me out. They usually have the parts in stock that I am looking for and when they don't, they will get it quickly for you. This is the reason why I continue to keep coming back and refer friends to Ideal!

That doesn't mean that they are rude, they're just busy! Can't please anyone any moore. They were busy when I went there too but patience kicked in and the wait was only 5 minutes, while they all were on the phone, and they were very quick, had my part in their hand with in 2 minutes of taking order!!!
