As a caregiver was very disappointed, after being told you will get PAID for orientation, but they REFUSED to tell you, not until you work a shift. I took off from my day job for two days to complete orientation with HISC, only to learn no pay for me until a shift h as been worked. Two amazing caregivers from Home Instead have encouraged and cared for me 24-7 for the last eight months as I recover from a stroke. Sharron Tomlinson and Tammy Nelson are very supportive and experienced and are among my other cheerleaders-- my sisters, friends and therapists-- in helping me progress to leading a normal life again. I want to express how much I respect and appreciate these two ladies. They are professional and caring and I am blessed to have found them.
