I was skeptical about this place because of the reviews, but I'm so glad I listened to my friend and her brother who has a great experience with Mrs Gwen and went anyway! She made sure that I was filing everything correctly and took care of some things that I wouldn't think to file myself. BE PREPARED TO WAIT! I did wait in the lobby for a good hour before being seen, even though I had an appointment, but it didn't matter because I ended up getting money instead of owing like turbo tax was telling me. I'm so thankful I was told about this place and will definitely be doing my taxes with her every year!
