Glenn Baker's Heating & Air Conditioning

In the spring of 1971, after Ronnie Watts graduated from Istrouma High School, he went to work for Mr. Baker as a service tech. After 18 years of dedicated service Ronnie had the opportunity to buy Glenn Baker’s Heating and Air Conditioning from Mike Baker (Glenn Bakers’ son). Ronnie Watts, and his wife Debbie have been the sole owners of Glenn Bakers since that transition in 1989. The family owned and operated business now managed by the second generation, Brittany and Derrick Watts. Brittany and Derrick bring many years of experience to the company, from the front office to the “field”. Derrick “earned his stripes” with his parent’s company when he started working for the company preforming installations and service calls.
