Great experience! Our installer Michael got here on time, was very friendly, and seemed to take a lot of pride in his work. He consulted with us every step of the way so the seat, shelves, and grab bars are exactly where we want them. Michael put tarps down all through the house and did a nice job of cleaning up when he was finished. The shower looks fantastic and the installation was done in a single day.

Just finished up the initial design consultation and sales visit with Troy! He was super patient and explained the whole process to me so I understand exactly what will happen and what I'll be getting installed. It was a very easy process and I loved how transparent the pricing was and how much I was able to customize what I wanted.
I'll update this again once the work is completed in October.
